Design consultation $150 an hour
TIM interiors hourly rate is $150. This hourly rate can be used for finish selections, drawings, 3D renderings, and general design consultation. Each project is unique. Outlined below are common ways the design process can flow.
One Time Design Consultation
Perfect for a project that just needs a little guidance, this one time consultation you will leave you with direction and confidence. Collect samples of your favorite finishes, and list out all your questions. Designer rapid fire! On site, at my office, or digitally. Either way you will leave with a handful of fresh ideas and feeling confident in your progress! We can dig deep into one space, or cover your whole home more broadly. After our meeting I will email you a recap of our visit. This also gives me time to expand on any ideas started in our initial visit. Additional 0llow up meetings are billed at my hourly rate.

Interiors Finish Package
This package is designed for projects that need thoughtful, cohesive finish selections before construction begins, without full-service design or ongoing project management.
TIM Interiors provides a clear, intentional finishes direction that supports the architecture of the home and the way you live. This is a focused, front-end process ensuring key decisions are made early and with clarity.
Includes:
Project outline and finish scope
One-time vendor visits (tile, stone, plumbing, hardware as needed)
Schematic and design development for finish selections
Complete finish package including: cabinetry door and color, tile & stone, countertops, plumbing fixtures, door & cabinetry hardware, & paint and wall finishes.
Finalized selections package.
Hourly rate: $150 an hour
After our initial discovery meeting an overall package with complete package pricing will be provided. This package is based off of the hourly rate and how many selections you need.
Full Service Interior Design
TIM Interiors guides your project from concept to completion, creating spaces that feel grounded, intentional, and deeply aligned with the way you live. This is not about fast decisions or a designer’s personal preference. It is a process of thoughtful, client-driven choices, designed to support the life unfolding inside the space.
This work is not created for a magazine spread or a moment. It is not created for my portfolio. It is created for you. For your routines, your rhythms, and the way your home supports you every day. This scope of project can be very overwhelming, but once I earn your trust TIM interiors can take a heavy weight off your shoulders. You are guided through the design process every step of the way. What is that process?
Discovery
TIM Interiors defines the scope, your priorities, and its role in the project—establishing a clear and aligned foundation. This phase is rooted in listening—understanding not just what you want your home to look like, but how you want it to feel and function.
Programming
Inspiration is gathered and translated into direction. Through conversation and exploration, TIM Interiors uncovers the patterns of your daily life—what supports you, what doesn’t, and where the space can better serve you.
Schematic Design
Initial layouts and concepts take shape. Each decision is made with intention, ensuring the design reflects both the architecture of the home and the way you live within it—not just how it appears, but how it is experienced.
Design Development
Materials, furnishings, and details are refined. The design becomes fully realized—layered, cohesive, and deeply considered. Every element is selected for longevity and meaning, not for trend or visibility.
Implementation & Coordination
TIM Interiors works alongside contractors and trades to ensure the design is executed with intention. Through site visits and ongoing coordination, the integrity of the vision is protected and decisions continue to be made thoughtfully as the project unfolds.
When the unexpected arises, as it always does in large projects, TIM Interiors meets it with calm problem-solving and intention. Some of the most spectacular outcomes come from these moments. Hourly rate: $150 an hour
Project Minimum: $7,500
After our initial discovery meeting an overall package with complete pricing will be provided. After an initial deposit client is billed monthly.
Commercial Design
We know so many of our purchases come from a place of connection. We purchase with our heart just as much as our brain. We want to feel good about what we are purchasing and we want to feel good while doing it. Together, we can make sure your customers know your story just by peaking in your windows or walking into your space. Initial consultation includes one visit, typically 1-2 hours. During this time we can learn your goals, brainstorm ideas, and even start shuffling products around.
After our initial visit, I will retreat to my office and put together a comprehensive plan. This will be emailed to you in a PDF. It will be an expansion of ideas as well as an action plan to move forward.
This package is for you to take and execute yourself!
