For clients seeking one-time design guidance, we offer our Design Intensive.
One Time Design Intensive
Perfect for clients who need an experienced set of eyes and clear direction without a full design engagement. This focused, two-hour working session can take place in your home or at the TIM interiors studio.
Bring your questions, plans, samples, inspiration, and decisions you’ve been struggling with. Together, we can work through layout, paint, finishes, fixtures, furnishings, or other design questions. After our meeting, you’ll receive a concise email recap documenting the selections and recommendations we discussed.
$750 · One visit, up to two hours
One follow-up session may be added for $500
Defined Scope Design
Designed for projects that need more than a one-time consultation, but not the ongoing involvement of a full-home or commercial space design engagement. This is great if you need focused help with a specific area. Great examples of this is a kitchen design, or basement overhaul. For commercial spaces this can be a new bar or
TIM interiors develops a cohesive design direction for a defined space or scope—bringing together layout, materials, finishes and key design details before implementation begins. The scope and deliverables are established at the start, allowing us to fully develop the design and then hand it off for execution.
May include:
Space planning and layout
Cabinetry and millwork direction
Tile, stone and countertop selections
Plumbing and hardware selections
Paint and wall finishes
Lighting and decorative fixture selections
Vendor or showroom visits as needed
Design development and presentation
Final selections and specifications
Design fees begin at $3,000.
Following an initial discovery conversation, TIM interiors will provide a proposal outlining the project scope, deliverables and design fee.
Full Service Interior Design
For substantial renovations, new construction, and whole-home projects, TIM interiors provides comprehensive design guidance from the earliest ideas through completion.
Our role is to hold the vision for the home as a whole. Considering how the architecture, materials, finishes, lighting, cabinetry, furnishings, and details work together. We collaborate closely with architects, builders, craftspeople, and other project partners, bringing the right expertise together while keeping the design cohesive and intentional.
Depending on the project, our involvement may include:
Space planning and architectural design input
Cabinetry, millwork, and built-in design
Interior and exterior material selections
Tile, stone, countertops, plumbing, and hardware
Lighting and electrical planning
Paint, wall finishes, and architectural details
Custom furnishings and window treatments
Construction-phase design support from start to finish
Construction phase design support is the keystone element of full service interior design. It is not just selecting the finishes, it is working hand in and with your team to make sure every detail is executed properly.
Every full-service project is different. Following our discovery process, TIM interiors will develop a custom scope and design fee based on the needs, complexity, and anticipated timeline of your project.
Full-service design fees are provided by proposal.
