Design consultation $125 an hour
TIM interiors hourly rate is $125. This hourly rate can be used for finish selections, drawings, 3D renderings, and general design consultation. Each project is unique. Outlined below are common ways the design process can flow.
One Time Design Consultation
Perfect for a project that just needs a little guidance, this one time consultation you will leave you with direction and confidence. Collect samples of your favorite finishes, and list out all your questions. Designer rapid fire! On site, at my office, or digitally. Either way you will leave with a handful of fresh ideas and feeling confident in your progress! We can dig deep into one space, or cover your whole home more broadly.
After our meeting I will email you a recap of our visit, just to make sure you didn’t miss anything! This also gives me time to expand on any ideas started in our initial visit.
The Designer Two Step
Think of this as a two step design consultation. After our initial visit I will then retreat to my office and prepare a design package for you. This is something I can email you as a PDF or we can review together in person. This packet will include inspiration images, products, paint colors, as a comprehensive design package. This is something you can use as a guide as you move forward with your project. I can continue to help at my hourly rate to execute the design, or you can take it from here!
Commercial Design
We know so many of our purchases come from a place of connection. We purchase with our heart just as much as our brain. We want to feel good about what we are purchasing and we want to feel good while doing it. Together, we can make sure your customers know your story just by peaking in your windows or walking into your space. Initial consultation includes one visit, typically 1-2 hours. During this time we can learn your goals, brainstorm ideas, and even start shuffling products around.
After our initial visit, I will retreat to my office and put together a comprehensive plan. This will be emailed to you in a PDF. It will be an expansion of ideas as well as an action plan to move forward.
This package is for you to take and execute yourself!

Full Service Interior Design
From meeting with contractors to following up on finish and fixture orders, many clients want to make sure all the ins and outs of a project are taken care of. From start to finish the following can be taken off your plate:

- schematic & design development packages
- finish & fixture selections
- order follow up & installation coordination
- contractor & sub contractor coordination and follow up
- on site visits
Hourly rate: $125 an hour
Hourly rate is recapped on a monthly bases via email - or weekly if you prefer!
